Our trips are geared
toward physically fit, active singles. Please make sure
you are able to take care of your own needs, climb staircases,
get on and off buses without assistance and with your luggage.
Please let us know when making your deposit of any physical
limitations you may have.

RELEASE
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. The registrant
has retained Singles in Paradise to obtain transportation and
land arrangements.
2. This
waiver, release and assumption is made with full knowledge of
California Civil Code Section 1542 which reads A general release
does not extend to claims which the claimant does not know or
suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release,
which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement
with Singles in Paradise, which provision is hereby waived to
the fullest extent permitted by law, in addition, this waiver,
release and assumption is a material inducement and additional
consideration for Singles in Paradise, without which Singles
in Paradise would not offer its services as it has done.
3. Singles
in Paradise or suppliers of services pursuant to/in conjunction
with this itinerary shall not be responsible for any injury,
death, damage, loss, lack of availability of or access to medical
attention or the quality thereof; or delay incurred by any person
by reason of delay by transportation means, or by an event beyond
the control of Singles in Paradise/suppliers or due to forces
of nature.
Further, I assume all risks inherent in the any activity, including
travel to and from any activities.
4. Singles
in Paradise may omit part of the tours, itinerary or alter part
of the tours where deemed necessary for the safety and wellbeing
of its registrants.
5. Singles
in Paradise reserves the right to decline/ accept as a trip
participant, or remove from a trip, without refund, any person
deemed to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements
of participating in the activities, or who is abusive to other
trip participants, leaders or third parties, or who Singles
in Paradise determines to detract from the enjoyment of the
trip by others.
6. Singles
in Paradise reserves the right to increase the tour price in
the event of cost increases due to changes in supplier costs,
currency fluctuations or fuel/ energy surcharges and all such
increases are to be paid to Singles in Paradise upon notice
to the tour participant of such increases.
7. It is
the registrant's responsibility to be at the departure point
with all the necessary travel documents prior to departure time.
Passengers who miss the bus/plane whether or not due to circumstances
beyond their control (including but not limited to connection
flights, traffic delays, accidents or illness) will forfeit
all unrecoverable amounts paid under this agreement.
8. I understand
that if by an act of God (I.E. poor weather condition, road
closures, airport closures, etc.) or circumstances beyond the
control of Singles in Paradise or the supplier, it becomes necessary
to delay or extend the length of the trip, I will be responsible
for any additional expenses.
9. AIRFARE
is subject to change and availability and, depending on the
fare basis, likely is nonrefundable. Your airline ticket constitutes
a contract between you and the airline, even if purchased through
Singles in Paradise.
10. All
participants are responsible for their luggage, money and any
and all personal belongings at all times. Singles in Paradise
assumes no responsibilities for theft and/or the loading and
unloading of equipment and luggage.
11. PHYSICAL
ACCESSIBILITY: By paying your deposit, the participant certifies
that he/she does not have any mental, physical or other condition
of disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or
other participants and accepts the terms contained in this release.
All participants on our trips require physical independence
and mobility. Any physical or mental condition that may require
special medical attention or physical assistance, must be disclosed
in writing when you make your reservation. Travelers must be
able to embark or disembark motorcoaches, airplanes, trains,
and any mode of transportation, alone or with minimal assistance;
able to climb stairs and step over raised thresholds without
assistance. Travelers requiring assistance must travel with
a companion who will be responsible to help you.
12. Persons
assigned to each room are responsible for any damages during
their stay and will be so charged.
13. Persons
traveling with a non-USA passport are responsible for checking
on entry requirements to the countries we visit.
14. Singles
in Paradise may cancel a trip (or an option) for any reason
whatsoever; if so, its sole responsibility is to refund monies
paid by the participant. Singles in Paradise is not required
under these circumstances to refund the cost of any purchased
trip insurance. Singles in Paradise is not required to cancel
any trip for any reason including without limitation, United
States Department of State, World Health Organization or other
Warnings or Advisories of any kind.
15. Cancellation
Policy: 120-days before departure or greater - $50 cancellation
fee. 90-120 days - $150. Within 90-days before departure all
fees become non-refundable unless a substitution can be made,
in which case there will be a minimum fee of $150 plus any costs
involved. Any refunds within 90 days is at the sole discretion
of Singles in Paradise.
16. Roommate
matches are based on the same sex, general age range and smoking
preference whenever possible, but not guaranteed. We highly
recommend that our guests contact their roommates in advance.
Singles In Paradise makes every effort to accommodate requests,
but does not guarantee the satisfaction or success of a roommate
match. It's the responsibility of the guest to contact his/her
roommate and ask the appropriate questions. Please note that
Singles in Paradise accepts no responsibility for roommate matching
incompatibility such as sleep patterns, snoring, noise, or age
differences. If you are concerned that any of these disparities
may be an issue affecting the enjoyment of your vacation, we
recommend you carefully investigate your potential companion
directly before making a decision.
17. Smokers
and those who snore and/or use a CPAP machine may be responsible
to pay for the full amount of a single occupancy room if we
are unable to find a match by 90 days before departure. Cancellation
for this reason made before final payment is subject to review
for a complete refund, although not guaranteed. This policy
(guest pays for their own separate/private accommodations) will
be enforced at any time up until and including during the trip
if the guest withholds information to Singles in Paradise.
18: SPECIAL
COVID WAIVER:
I acknowledge
the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that
the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend
practicing social distancing.
I further acknowledge
that Singles in Paradise cannot guarantee that I will not
become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand
that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the
Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions,
or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited
to, flying, interacting with hotel staff, or participating
in tours. I also understand that should I test positive while
on this trip I may be required to quarantine which could mean
missing out on tours which I have paid for and incurring hotel
costs not only for myself but also for any roommate that must
vacate the room. That there would be no refunds for tours
missed, airline rebooking or any other costs associated with
a positive Covid test result.
I also acknowledge
that should one of the participants, including myself, test
positive for COVID-19 the policy of Singles in Paradise is
to not leave that person behind. We will continue to take
that person on our trip which may further expose myself to
COVID -19.
I voluntarily seek
services provided by Singles in Paradise and acknowledge that
I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to
reduce the spread while attending this trip.
I willingly agree
to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions
for participation regarding protection against infectious
diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant
symptoms during my presence or participation, I will remove
myself from participation and bring such to the attention
of the nearest official immediately.
I hereby release
and agree to hold Singles in Paradise harmless from, and waive
on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives
any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs,
expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or
property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act
that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any
services received from Singles in Paradise. I understand that
this release discharges Singles in Paradise from any liability
or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives
may have against the company with respect to any bodily injury,
illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that
may arise from, or in connection to, any services received
from Singles in Paradise. This liability waiver and release
extends to the company together with all owners, partners,
and employees.
